We have full time in house maintenance staff along with many specialty subcontractors to meet the needs of our tenants in a timely manner. We offer online access to maintenance requests along with rental payments and also direct phone numbers for calling or texting if you have any issues.
Our quality units are always in great demand and we have a waitlist for many of our properties. We cater to tenants looking for an outstanding rental experience with little or no hassles. We do our best to spare no expense in repairs and even the beautification of our properties and units.
Most of our units do not allow pets, do not allow smoking inside units, we do not accept section 8 vouchers.
